This course teaches coaches, trainers, and serious golfers how to assess, score, and apply the DRVN Golf Fitness Handicap™ as a practical decision-making system.
Rather than focusing on workouts or programming, the course explains the logic of readiness—how to determine whether a golfer’s body is prepared to support the swing they are trying to create, and how that readiness should guide training and coaching decisions over time.
Participants learn how physical capacity, consistency of training, and reassessment cycles combine to form a single, evolving handicap that reflects current readiness. The course establishes a shared language for interpreting movement quality, strength, durability, and progression without relying on guesswork or subjective impressions.
At the core of the course is the Handicap’s three-layer structure:
-
standardized physical assessment
-
structured training and retesting cycles
-
daily accountability scoring
Learners are guided through how the ten assessment tests are scored, how category levels are earned through verified improvement, and how daily behavior influences short-term movement within a category. Emphasis is placed on system integrity—why retesting is required, why advancement is locked without reassessment, and how consistency is rewarded without allowing premature progression.
The course also covers how to use the Handicap in real coaching environments. Participants learn how to interpret scores, sequence training priorities, and align technical golf instruction with physical readiness. Higher handicaps signal the need for foundational work; lower handicaps expand options for load, complexity, and precision.
By the end of the course, learners understand how to:
-
administer the Golf Fitness Handicap correctly
-
interpret scores and categories with confidence
-
explain readiness and progression clearly to athletes
-
integrate the Handicap into ongoing training systems
-
use the score to support smarter, safer progression decisions
The course does not certify performance or prescribe training plans.
It equips participants with a shared framework for evaluating readiness, maintaining system integrity, and aligning daily effort with long-term development.
